Brent Jossy

My involvement in the KRGF has been driven by a passion for cycling and giving back to the local community. The Journey began in 2012 when I embarked on a cycling trip with the Sunrise Rotary club from Cranbrook BC to Kenewich Washington to raise awareness and funds to eradicate Polio. This was truly a life altering event as it taught me the importance of generosity and introduced me to a new sport. When asked to join the KRGF committee in late 2012 I jumped at the opportunity to share my love of cycling and raise funds for local community initiatives. I started as the communications and registration director and have since worn many hats within the KRGF organization. I reside in the East Kootenays with my wife Leah and my two young children Piper and Hartley. When I’m not huddled behind a computer you can find me biking or running through the Mountains. I am grateful to be a part of such a well-organized event that has transformed into annual fixture in the Kootenays
